Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain intimate apparel items including tanks & sleeveless tops that show signs of wear or have had tags removed.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:

  • The items you wish to return or exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for returning your items. Please do not send items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully package your items in their original condition and include all tags. Ship your return to our warehouse at:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your request within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your bank
  • PayPal Payments: Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Exchange Information

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color:

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • We’ll ship your exchanged item once we receive your return
  • No additional shipping charges for exchanges (excluding return shipping)
  • Popular items from our collections like denim jeans, dresses, and long-sleeve shirts are typically readily available for exchange

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Items without original tags attached
  • Worn, washed, or altered merchandise
  • Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
