Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Return & Exchange Process

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for returning your items. Please do not send items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your request within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:
- Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your bank
- PayPal Payments: Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Exchange Information
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- We’ll ship your exchanged item once we receive your return
- No additional shipping charges for exchanges (excluding return shipping)

Non-Returnable Items
